Acceptance

By adding IRIS to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

The Service

IRIS is a Discord bot that provides EVE Online intelligence including real-time killmail feeds, character lookups, and EVE SSO verification. It is provided free of charge and without warranty.

Permitted Use

IRIS may be used in any Discord server for EVE Online community purposes.
Server administrators are responsible for how IRIS is configured within their server.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using IRIS.
You must comply with CCP Games' End User License Agreement when using EVE-related features.

Prohibited Use

Using IRIS to harass, target, or harm individuals.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the bot or its infrastructure.
Using IRIS data to violate Discord's or CCP Games' terms of service.

Availability

IRIS is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, data accuracy, or feature availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

IRIS is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with CCP Games, EVE Online, Fenris Creations, or any other game publisher or studio. EVE Online and all related trademarks are the property of CCP hf.

Limitation of Liability

IRIS and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to in-game losses, decisions made based on bot data, or service interruptions.
